The Rural Health Information Hub recently released their Rural Community Health Toolkit.
A toolkit is meant to help organizations and public health sectors learn how to identify community needs, find evidence-based models, plan and implement programming, evaluate results, and much more.
This toolkit was produced by the NORC Walsh Center for Rural Health Analysis in collaboration with the Rural Health Information Hub (RHIhub).
