HIPRC researchers partner with the Somali Health Board, the UW Department of Surgery, Harborview Medical Center, and King County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) to bring Stop the Bleed training to Seattle’s Somali community.
HIPRC has previously conducted outreach around bicycle helmet use, drunk driving prevention, window fall prevention, booster seat use, and many other injury topics.
