Ending Youth Violence

Join youth and teens from across America to take a stand against violence. National Youth Violence Prevention Week is April 24-28, 2023.

What is National Youth Violence Prevention Week? Founded in 2001, National Youth Violence Prevention Week (NYVPW) is a community-wide campaign to promote effective strategies to prevent youth violence. As a community partner, there are many ways you can lift up youth leaders who are working to make their schools and neighborhoods safer. Youth violence is everyone’s concern and we invite adults from all sectors to work hand-in-hand with youth to raise awareness and collaboratively develop violence prevention programs and solutions.
