Do you have an innovative idea for an injury related project and need assistance with large datasets and injury research methods?  The Harborview Injury Prevention and Research Center (HIPRC) Methods Core faculty and staff have the skill sets to support your study.  Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to utilize HIPRC’s expertise –  apply for the HIPRC Small Grants Program today!

WHAT:  HIPRC will award $5,000 to support a research or outreach project in an area relevant to adult or pediatric injury and/or injury prevention.  Project start date is July 1, 2016.

The grant provides

  • $3,000 of methods core support and consultation (approximately 75 hours)
    • This includes consultation on study design, methodology, and data analysis.
  • You will receive $2,000 for research assistant support (approximately 125 hours).

WHY:  To encourage and support injury research, education and outreach.

WHO:  Open to UW faculty and fellows from any UW school and department.
