HIPRC Core Faculty Members, Drs. Beth Ebel, Frederick Rivara, and Kenneth Jaffe wrote a opening-editorial in the Seattle Times opposing the King County Board of Health repealing the helmet law. The law requires bike riders to wear a helmet, originally enforced in 2003.
